DragonBall live-action Movie shots

Now… i havent actuallay even seen one complete episode of Dragonball so i cant comment…. but if you have.. what do you think?

I never really liked Dragonball, but i like anime in general…

Anyway… I am always up for any kind of adaptations even if they i haven’t seen the original… I just like seeing how people reimagine things… and compare it to what i would have imagined it to be…

Yeah! its confusing… still dont know why i do it…
Lets see how the trailer plays out when it comes out…

Although… with many movies, you always have the fear, that the trailer will be the best part… I mean how many times does it  happen that you see an amazing trailer, and realize when you finally see the movie that that was it… they used up all the decent scenes all in the trailer, and you might have just seen that again…

No point being pessimistic though… if its good enough… you enjoy it… if its bad enough you’ll laugh at it…

Oh BTW… I watched The Dark Knight Again! So i contributed another 2$ to the movies earnings.. What did YOU do?

Naruto: Shippuuden Fillers Ending Soon!

I was browsing TV.com, and was surprised that Naruto had overtaken Avatar in Popularity Chart, and was now #1…
I decided to investigate…
anyway… getting to the point, it seems that Shippuuden Episode 72 onwards will follow the manga story with the [Highlight to read] Akatsuki’s attack on the Fire Temple, and the huuuuge battle that follows, the one with Hidan and Kakuzo…

I havent been watching Naruto for a while now… I tend to wait for an arc to finish before starting it again… so… I guess two more weeks…

What do you think? Even though Naruto fillers are usually good, I loved the fact that Shippuuden would continue without fillers… anyway… i have heard this arc was pretty good… but the truth is… having read the manga.. i just cannot wait for what lies ahead!

Hollywood going Oriental?

Keanu Reeves in Cowboy Bebop:
It seems our favorite hacker, is now set to appear as Spike in a live action adaptation of the Anime series Cowboy Bebop… and from what it appears, the movie funding will be significant…

It seems Hollywood is going oriental, this is not the only movie based on anime that is in the works…

You may already know that a dragonball z movie is around the corner.
Starring the guy who played the elder brother Robbie in war of the worlds, as Goku.

Not only that, but a live action 3d movie of Ghost in the Shell has been announced by Steven Spielberg!

A looot of movie and Tv series we see nowadays have Asian influences… Avatar, Heroes, Matrix…
Avatar for example, (which btw is also coming to the big screen.. 2009, directed by M Night Shymlan.. and Indian guy!) uses a lot of asian symbolism.
