BTW… by using the terms fucking and baby… I am in no way promoting child pornography!!!

Anyway…

I just read this article.. that the producers of Scrubs wanted to give a bog send off for Scrubs in its 8th and probabily last season… by bringing together all the shows guest stars in the finale!

And that would have been awesome too.. and actually still will be…

But NBC just happens to have a chullah up their Gaand… (in english a hot coal up their ass!)…
They are not letting NBC stars Masi Oka (Heroes’ Hiro.. come on!, and played some lab guy called Franklyn in scrubs I think) and Sarah Lancaster (plays chuck’s sister in Chuck and was Lisa the gift shop girl girl in scrubs), participate in the Scrubs finale… because of network politics!!

Those bastards just cant let go! That to after they let go of the show! They never did jutice to the show in its 7 years run in NBC, giving it bad time slots and all… and now the stick is so far up their ass, that the laxitives are giving up…

I mean WTF? They didnt want to continue the show in the first place… they werent even ready to give a proper sendoff in its 7th season! Now they are trying to ruin it on ABC too! I am telling… If i werent addicted to Heroes, 30 Rock…. well it doesnt matter anyway… not like I pay for them anyway!

Scrubs Season 8: Video Preview!!!

It dont seem to see nay footage from season 8, but it is good as a lookback on the 7 seasons of scrubs… (I may be wrong… someone said some of the stuff was from season 8… only one way to find out!!)

TV Updates: 24, Scrubs, Heroes, The Office

So… Whats new….
Well for instance… the following:

24:
Mary Lynn Rajskub, the actress who plays Chloe O’Brian… is pregnant. Although she will still be appearing in season 7 of 24 for a major part of the show, she will have to take a few epsodes off…
Her departure will apparently be written into the show…. I hope this means nothing bad for her.. given the history of the show!!

25:
no, wait…
Scrubs:
Zach Braff (J.D.) will surely be leaving after Season 8 of Scrubs… However he is open to the possibility of guest appearences, and may even guest direct for the show if it continues…
What did the creator say… The show must go on… or in his words: ‘You cant kill this show.”
Zach Braff will busy himself now with ‘Open Hearts’ his next movie project in which he will act and direct…

Heroes:
Nothing much here… not pertaining to the show atleast… but ofscreen…
Apprently Milo (Peter ‘Sponge’ Petreli) who had been ‘hanging out’ with Hayden (Claire ‘The Indestructible Cheerleader’ Bennet), and has now proposed to the fresly turned 18 Hayden…
All I can say is WTF? Never been in a line before bud?

The Office:
There was plans of an Office spinoff to be included in this fall’s lineup… however it now appears that the spinoff wont actually be a spinoff… due to lack of a clear concept….
I believe this is for the best… The Office is AWESOME.. and I wouldnt want it spoilt by a cheep ass imitation…

Bopti’s Recommendation: Garden State

All that talk about Scrubs… reminded me…
You just HAVE to see the movie Garden State. It is a wonderful film.

This film was Written, Directed, and Acted in by Zach Braff! And all this while working on Scrubs (and performing well I might add!)
It stars Zach Braff (obviously), Natalie Portman.
It has a wonderful story, good acting all round, and seriously deserves (yet does not have) a place on IMDB’s top 250.

Scrubs: The Next Generation…

In case you didn’t already know… an 8th and final season is in the works. However the final season will appear on a different channel (ABC instead of NBC). The season will reunite feature the original cast in the original setting and will be of 18 episodes as planned for season 7.

Wait…. Did I say ‘original cast’? There is as of now one addition… Courtney Cox!! The friends star (Monica Gellar) coming off the recently axed drama / ‘excuse for soft porn’ Dirt which will now no longer be returning for a 3rd season as planned… (don’t get me wrong… I actually like Dirt… even the non porn parts…).  She will apparently join the series as Dr. Kelso’s (the chief of medicine) replacement in Sacred Heart Hospital. She will apprently do an arc of 3-4 episodes on the show. She will apparently ’shake things up’ at sacred heart…
So Courtney ‘Monica’ Cox is back to her original genre of comedy… that’s nice. Also this makes her the second member of the Friends cast to appear on the show, the last appearance being that of Matthew Perry aka Chandler Bing in the Season 4 episode ‘My Unicorn‘ (Season 4 Episode 11). But 3-4 episodes? If she really is to play the Chief of Medicine, I believe she will need to have more episodes…

That is not the only change that is about to happen…. Read ahead…

It appears ABC, which had wanted scrubs from the beginning, is just not ready to let go of its favorite… After season 7 they are already making plans for further seasons with/without the main cast! It wont be a spin-off I guess… it will be a reboot of the series, with the focus moving to younger characters… The creator Bill Lawrence and the main star of the show J.D (Zach Braff) wont be returning… And I CAN NOT IMAGINE Turk (Donald Faison) without J.D!! or Carla (Judy Reyes) without Turk.
It has worked for shows before… and I am not talking about some of those Hindi TV series (I refrain from spoiling by blog by mentioning them by name… ah… and also I dont remember), I mean for example E.R, which is currently in its 14th season I think…
