What follows, are some of the concept art images of what the Joker could have looked like…
They range from highly disturbing to gut-wrenchingly horrific… s beware
Anyway.. it is great to see how they evolved the joker.. and although they managed to make two-face pretty horrifying, i think the joker is best the way he was in the film…
In the movie, joker’s actions were muuuch more horrifying than his looks, and i guess thats the best way to have it…
atleast i wouldnt have it nay other way…
What would be the point a joker who only looks disgusting…
This is from movietome…

Catwoman and The Dark Knight
According to some sites… Angelina Jolie has signed on as the character of Catwoman!
Although this does not necessarily mean that the catwoman character will appear in The Dark Knight’s sequel…
According to the place where I read it, it is not clear whether it would be as Catwoman in the next film, or in a standalone film like the previous Catwoman movie (which is probably still on IMDB’s bottom 100 page!) …
Either way I believe this may be a good choice… With the huuuge flop of the last catwoman movie, it is quite unlikely that they are making a sequel / prequel / remake… so les see!
Wow… that was an uncomfortably long online silence…
And for what? For something that transcends boundaries of blogs, and space and time, and movies, and tv, and internet, and like.. whatever…
I had to eat….
As you may well know… food is known to incite Epiphanies… as was my case…
I just realized… The Dark Knight is Fucking Brilliant!!!
I know what you’ll say… “WE KNOW THAT DICKWART!!”
But do you know that NO comic book movie adaptation has had a successful trilogy?
NOW couple that with my previous statement and add “Batman Begins was bloody Awesome!” and throw a big BUT in (I like big BUT’s and I cannot lie… by pain of death) and add what you just found out…
A+B-C*D @#%#$^#$^’
I’ll just spell it out for those of you who cant take a decent challenge…
“Batman Begins was bloody Awesome, The Dark Knight is Fucking Brilliant BUT NO comic book movie adaptation has had a successful trilogy?”
What does this mean? You leave it all up to me to interpret…
This means basically that with the highly successful first movie, a second movie that beat all the hype (beat it, burnt it, buried it and defecated on its remains), how impossible is the task now to out do the previous two? (hey that rhymes!!)
FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN’T SEEN THE MOVIE… STOP!!! DO NOT CONTINUE READING… INTENSE SPOILERS LIE AHEAD!!!
While I am still to actually review The Dark Knight… (my post about it being just a written thought) I am sure there is no doubt in your mind that the movie is difficult to outdo…
With a villain this successful it is difficult to build up the drama even further in a next film…
It is still unclear whether there even will be a third film… Most opening have been closed… there is no romantic angle as Rachael Dawes is dead… no emotional angle as Harvey Dent is apparently dead (I don’t mean he IS.. just that if there isn’t a third movie he might as well be)… Batman is an outcast… and what not…
Looking by past experience alone lets see…
| Superman 1: Good | Superman 2: Nice | Superman 3: Tie a rope around my neck and drag me 10 miles through a boiling lava lake BAD |
| Spiderman 1:Lovely | Spiderman 2: Awesome | Spiderman 3: The closest one to break the curse… was a commercial success but a failure otherwise… it was poorly received by fans |
| Batman(Original): Good | Batman Returns: Equally Good | Batman Forever: Tear my eyeballs out PLEEEEASE! (I wont even mention the name of the fourth film titled batman and Robin) |
| X-Men 1: Amazing | X-Men 2: Superb | X-Men 3: Why??? |
For more info read my source material at …. Do we Need a Christopher Nolan Trilogy?
That is why I think there should be a third movie!!
NOW I fucking confused you didn’t I!!! Admit it!!
The reason is simple… They (The Nolan brothers) are the only ones capable of pulling it off!!
Now although he isn’t signed on for the 3rd movie… Who in their right mind would change it to someone else?
Unlike last time there is no direct pointer in this one as to who the villain may be for the next film…
which means that either it is very obvious… or not yet decided… or is going to be a surprise…
with various hints about the riddler… so far as there being a rumor of a deleted scene showing Reese’s hand picking up a photo of Bruce Wayne and putting a question mark on it…
There is also a hint about cats in the movie in a conversation between Fox and Wayne… But frankly I believe that the best villain would be our very own two-face… declared undead… I mean ‘not dead’!
So what do YOU think…
Comment….
and here we go….
Do you sometimes feel that the whole story spun to make way for the next one is just a build up??? well that is the case many times or rather most times with trilogies and quadrologies and pentologies (if there are such things) so on and so forth… but have you ever felt like all the story built up all the buzz created is like just a blip on the entire world map?
Wait no longer. I am sure you will feel like this when you go to watch this movie in the theater (that is if you have not seen it already (more than once)).
The producers pull all stops at this film and show us that perfection is not just in the hands of the gods, but also in their hands. Never has a movie with a super hero with cape and tights been this convincing. Every aspect of the movie, be it the script, the cinematography, the action, the performances by the actors is just perfect. Not a second in the movie makes you wince, forget wince, even blink. Trust us you don’t want to miss anything on screen once the movie starts.
Be it the robbery scene with which the movie begins, or the chase with which it ends.
Batman’s nemesis the joker is shown to be a super duper demented madman who has simple tastes like dynamite, gasoline etc., and yes this joker is like the one who can give you a nightmare. Also very convincing performances from the rest of the cast. Bale brings out the sophistication and style out of Bruce Wayne with ease. Maggie Gyllenhal is also a good replacement for Katie Holmes.
Basically, if you miss this one in the theater, you regret for the rest of your every waking moment.
