Even though this album sometimes feels just like a riffoff of their older albums… and the very fact that the album includes a song called Unforgiven III!… going by St. Anger, they could have done a loooot worse…

This is one musical I’d recommend to everyone… (even a certain shocking unmelodious Marathi).
This was a project Josh Whedon undertook this project during the WGA Strike. His effort was to create something inexpensive and small, yet professionally done…

BTW Josh Whedon is the guy responsible for bringing us shows like Firefly, Buffy, Angel, and the upcoming Dollhouse.

This was freely available online till 20th July… and is now pay only.

This is a comic tragedy featuring Neil Patrick Harris (Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother) as Dr. Horrible. It is like a video sing-along blog that follows his efforts to get into the Evil League of Evil while trying to win the heart of his beloved Penny. Always there to thwart his efforts, is Captain Hammer (Nathan Fillion, the guy who is the lead character in Firefly). It has three acts of like 14 minutes each to make up a run length of around 40 minutes.
